Track raw material stock in bags — what came in, what went out, what's left — with automatic audit comparison. No ERP needed.
Your store has 6 raw materials. Every day, bags come in from vendors and go out to the production floor. At any point, someone asks: "How many bags of HIPS do we have?" And nobody knows without physically counting.
There's a system for this that doesn't require SAP or any ERP.
The Problem
1. No Running Count
Bags arrive, someone notes it in a register. Bags are issued to production, someone notes it in another register. Nobody connects the two to get a running balance.
2. No Audit Trail
When the store in-charge says "we have 200 bags of PP," there's no way to verify. The physical count happens once a month — maybe. And when it doesn't match the register, nobody knows where the gap happened.
3. Cutting Material Goes Untracked

The Solution: Two Simple SOPs
SOP 1: RM Addition
When material arrives from a vendor:
- Select raw material from dropdown
- Enter number of bags (system calculates kg automatically — 1 bag = 25 kg)
- Enter invoice number
- Supervisor reviews and approves
That's it. Every bag that enters the store is recorded.
SOP 2: RM Issuance
When production needs material:
- Bags are issued per raw material
- At end of shift, unused material is recorded
- Cutting material returned is logged
Every bag that leaves the store is recorded.

Physically count the bags. Enter the count in the audit SOP. The dashboard shows:

- Counted: 2,895 bags (from physical audit)
- Discrepancy: -6 bags
Color-coded: green if matching, red if off by more than 5 bags.
